How much can I borrow?
What about the deposit?
Depends on your income, your existing debts and assets and the amount you have saved.

You can include the FHOG as part of your deposit. You can also have family help with the deposit by being guarantors. Each lender has its own approach to this. Call us.

First Home Owners Grant (FHOG)
First Home Plus
If none of the borrowers have owned a house in Australia before then you will probably be eligible for the First Home Owners Grant & the now reduced Boost. If you are purchasing a new house there are additional benefits.  

If you qualify for the FHOG you will probably qualify for the First Home Plus scheme that can reduce the stamp duty payable to the NSW government to $0 if your home is less that $500,000 and provides for a prorata reduction if it is between $500,000 and $600,000. You get to pay it all above $600,000 though.
