Where you wish to purchase a display home to either live in or rent back to the seller on a lease back arrangement

Each lender has its own criteria for how much it will lend often a max of 70% or 80% LVR (with one lender doing an amazing 90%) – because they cannot ascertain how much it really is worth

Again, each lender will allow only a portion of the rental income being offered by the seller to be counted as your income eg 60% or market rate
